Do you eat to live or live to eat? I am both type of person depending on the food and the mood.

Some people live to eat, and those people are everywhere, you will notice that they talk about food and they do have knowledge about how different types of foods, most of them would even know how to cook it. I would say those who like to eat should know how to make it. It isn't fair that you eat your favorite dish and you don't know how to cook it?

There are many eating habits, some are good, and some are bad. Like overeating or dieting are some of the bad habits that adapt due to anxiety and social pressure. But of course, those are the things that can be changed. Often people eat according to their behavior and what they are going through. Keeping a watch over, we can control what we are giving our body.

People nowadays have a planned and healthy diet, but what good is it if your thoughts are not positive? Because both food and soul and food for the body, anything that is not positive is going to be poisonous. People all over the world change their eating habits, but they don't change their thoughts, and that's why everything is a mess. People say that bad things attract bad in return. Mindset is also one kind of food for our bodies. So next time, be mindful of it.

You should eat what you want, to be happy, but of course it's up to you. I always ate what I wanted because it kept me in a good tenor, and enjoy everything I have. Breakfast is the most important meal, and when someone makes things that you don't like then, your whole day would be a wreck, and that's why having something you enjoy is the key. People like different things in our family, so sometimes you do need to compromise with your food and be understanding enough that even they would want to eat something that they like.

Food is a necessity to survive, but it's also a type of art and stress reliever. If you are a good cook or a baker, won't you go into the kitchen to relieve your stress. Yes, of course, you don't need to be good at it; you need to have your mind into it.
